Oliver Hering correspondence, 1791-1850.

Correspondence chiefly consists of Oliver Hering's letters to his sister Mary Helen Hering Middleton. Letters of Oliver Hering from Spanish Town, Jamaica, Paul Island, Heybridge Hall, England, and elsewhere to Mary Helen Hering (later Mary Middleton) at Bath, England, Charleston, S.C., and elsewhere concern personal, family, and social affairs, and other matters.
